Grits + butter = smooth feet!

Hello!

When it comes to beauty, I like nat-u-ral!

Quite by accident, I discovered that ---

1)  Grits make a great exfoliator! For the hands, the elbows, the knees, and the feet! Especially, the feet! But, it's also good for the entire body! Who knew? I knew, that's who!

2)  Slathering room temperature butter on freshly exfoliated, damp hands, elbows, knees and feet is such an aaaaah moment!

But just so that you know, I do not apply butter to the entire body. I do apply a tiny amount on the face and neck before or after regular moisturizer, if I need a little something extra. Shucks, I rarely ever even "lotion up!" I don't often need to! It must be all of the water I try to chug-a-lug, and the fruit and vegetables I try to eat! Yes! Yes!

Best sweet potato pie ever

Hello!

The best sweet potato pie ever was made ... by me! But, who else?!!!

It is all about the method, a more sure and efficient method, I might add!

"Do not boil the sweet potatoes!" It dilutes the natural flavor to pert near nothing, and 'ya try to regain it all by adding a ton of sugar! It ain't necessary!   

Peel, wash, grate, mix other ingredients in, bake! Done! Mmmmm, mmmmm, good!

Angela's Top 10 Christmas Gift List 2018

Hello!

I am feeling Christmas, and the Pantone Color of the Year 2019 (Living Coral) today! Watch out! Here I come! It must be the cold weather!

I've put together "the list" for the last several years! It is a barrel of fun!

The first three items of "the list" are ---

1.  Acne Studios Spring 2019 Pantsuit, Coral

2.  Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Metallic Low Top, Gunmetal

3.  Cult Gaia Geneva Earring, Opal Blue

Living Coral is such a beautiful color. It makes me smile. One can go from the light to the dark end of the spectrum with the hue easily. Think:  coral tights! That would chase the blues away! Anyways, about the silver shoes. They can't get too shiny for me! And they do go with everything. Kind of like hoop earrings. A pair in every color is a reasonable enough goal for spring.
